Postage costs vary according to types of produces and quantities ordered.

Most of our products do not require special storage conditions. They will remain as new in their original packaging for 1-2 years.

All of our products are designed with durability and reusability in mind where possible. For organ models, look out for our modular systems, allowing you to replace the parts you need.

We offer rebates on new orders, when used products are sent back to us for recycling.

We do not offer refunds or exchange on our products, unless the item is found to be defective on delivery. For any defective queries, contact our team, and we will endeavour to rectify the matter.
